Pitcher of the Day
Our pitcher of the day is Waynesboro’s Will Lowman, from Kennesaw State, who threw not only 6 shutout innings, but 6 no-hit
innings against the Winchester Royals. The Generals’ bullpen let him down, so he didn’t get the win, but over the 6 innings, he allowed 2 walks and struck out 5. His game score is 75. On the season, Will is 0-1, 2.25, with 7 walks and 7 strikeouts in 8 innings. (Does anyone else think of “Death of a Salesman” with this entry?)
