Like yesterday, our choice for hitter of the day was rather easy- it’s Strasburg’s Anthony Payne, from West Virginia State! (He’s listed as Anthony with the Valley League, but as Tyler on WV State’s website. And Teddy other places?) Mr. Payne had a terrific game last night, going 4-5, with a run, 2 RBIs, and a home run. On the season so far, he’s hitting an excellent 314/351/461 in 102 at-bats for the Express.
