Let’s take a look at the best seasons of triples since 2004, shall we? This is a pretty amazing list:
| 1 | Tyler Kuhn | Luray | 2006 | 5 |
| Grant Escue | Woodstock | 2007 | 5 | |
| Cody Hudson | Waynesboro | 2010 | 5 | |
| Brady Wilson | Winchester | 2011 | 5 | |
| 5 | Steve Head | Harrisonburg | 2005 | 4 |

| Dave Fallon | Winchester | 2009 | 4 | |
| Ben Hammer | Winchester | 2009 | 4 | |

| Thomas Spitz | Harrisonburg | 2013 | 4 | |
| Demetrius Moorer | Covington | 2013 | 4 | |
| Justin Harris | Charles Town | 2014 | 4 |
Wow- what a list! There is an entry from each year since 2004… EXCEPT 2004.
This is almost too much to digest, but let’s try.
First of all, only one major leaguer is on this list: Collin Cowgill.
Current minor leaguers are Mike Garza and Adalberto Santos. Minor leaguers no longer in affiliated ball include Tyler Kuhn, Bo Davis, and Pat Irvine.
So most of this list has not ever been drafted, or could still be drafted (like Spitz, Moorer, and Justin Harris, who, incidentally, is the only player from 2014 on the list).
The big list is coming up next!
