At the risk of sounding redundant, here we have another list, career home runs, in which Clint Robinson dominates. Clint is over 50 home runs ahead of Ryan Schimpf, who is, himself, a solid 10 home runs in front of 3rd place Blake Tekotte.
Take a look:
| 1 | Clint Robinson | Harrisonburg ’05-06 | 141 |
| 2 | Ryan Schimpf | Luray ’08 | 90 |
| 3 | Blake Tekotte | Woodstock ’06 | 80 |
| 4 | Ben Guez | Covington ’06 | 77 |
| 5 | Rebel Ridling | Covington ’06 | 76 |
| Joey Butler | New Market ’06 | 76 | |
| 7 | Tony Thomas | Harrisonburg ’05 | 75 |
| 8 | Jon Griffin | Luray ’10 | 71 |
| 9 | AJ Kirby-Jones | Waynesboro ’09 | 64 |
| 10 | Scott Cousins | Harrisonburg ’05 | 63 |
Jon Griffin is the “up and comer” on the list, as he played in the Valley just 5 years ago, and is younger than most on the list.
Of course, the list should see some change, as only Ridling, Kirby-Jones, and Cousins are out of affiliated ball.
RBIs will be next!
