We only have a few pitching categories in our league record book since 2004, but we’ll start with ERA.

| 8 | Dustin Umberger | Luray | 2007 | 1.29 |
| 9 | Adam Liberatore | Waynesboro | 2008 | 1.36 |

No 2015 entries- Charlottesville’s Daniel Johnson led the regular season with an ERA of 1.51.
Two of these players have pitched in the majors- Adam Liberatore and Drew Rucinski. Aaron Cressley and Robert Gilliam are current minor leaguers (although Gilliam has been injured for quite some time). Baxter and Umberger each pitched in the minors for a spell. (Baxter threw a no-hitter in the Valley back in ’08.)
