A complete game! The disappearing accomplishment happened in the VBL last night, 
as Purcellville’s Brandon Caples, from Alabama State, started and completed the game against the Tom Sox. He threw 9 innings, allowing 7 hits, 2 earned runs, 2 walks, and struck out 6 (in 124 pitches!). He earned the win and a game score of 69. In four starts this summer, Brandon is 2-2, 3.16, with 33 baserunners and 15 strikeouts in 31 1/3 innings. He was the POD on June 14th as well.
