I’ve been super busy lately- thus the trickle of posts.

Tonight I have a few links for you to peruse at your leisure….

• The Valley League has released the 2017 class of Hall of Fame inductees! Seven men will be honored at this year’s All-Star game (which I will attend, by the way!).
• Emilio Pagan (Harrisonburg 2010) just made his major league debut, pitched in a second game, and then was sent back to Triple-A Tacoma. Here is a fun article from John Sickels about Pagan’s potential.
• Hayden McCutcheon was ATVL’s #1 starter in 2015, when he pitched for Charlottesville. Unfortunately, he had Tommy John surgery before his sophomore season at Charleston. Now at Spartanburg Methodist, Hayden has been lights-out this season.
• Tyler Howe (Waynesboro 2015-16) has set Alabama State’s all-time strikeout record!
