Equaling Kyri Washington’s opening day feat, Georgia State’s Matt Rose (Harrisonburg 2014) also ripped two home runs in his first game of the 2015 college season!
Rose, named the 2nd best prospect in the 2014 Valley League by Baseball America, hit two home runs and drove in four runs to help Georgia State to an 11-3 victory over Fordham yesterday. Rose is considered a top draft prospect out of the Sun Belt Conference, and he’s surely off to an excellent start!
