#11 Hitter: Cole German, Woodstock

Cole German Charleston Southern 2016The 11th best hitter in the 2016 Valley League season (according to ATVL) is Woodstock’s Cole German, from Charleston Southern!

Over 34 games and 110 at-bats, Cole hit 291/391/482 for the Bandits, along with 18 runs, 14 RBIs, 4 doubles, 1 triple, 5 home runs, and a 16/27 BB/K ratio. His best game was on June 25 against Strasburg, when he went 4-5 with 2 runs, 2 home runs, and 4 RBIs.

The rising sophomore from Newtown, Pennsylvania played in 34 games as a freshman at Charleston. In 85 at-bats, he hit 294/375/400, with 6 runs, 10 RBIs, 3 doubles, 2 home runs, and a 9/18 BB/K ratio. Watch for Cole to play a larger role in the Buccaneer offense next spring!

Charleston Southern freshman outfielder Cole German is hitting .333 for the Buccaneers. Cole is a recent graduate of Council Rock North (Class of 2015).
