Jones, Quaranta Continue Raking

We’re nearing the end of the college baseball season… and nearing the Valley League season!

Today, we’ll take a quick look at two former VBLers who are still crushing the ball. (Stats through Sunday)

  • Eric Jones (Charlottesville 2017) just reached double figures in home runs for Davidson. He’s hitting 358/445/636, with 34 runs, 58 hits, 13 doubles, 10 home runs, 56 RBIs, and a 23/25 BB/K ratio. He leads his team in every one of those categories except wealks and strikeouts.
  • Brandon Quaranta (Strasburg 2016-17) continues to mash for Jefferson. He’s hitting 373/502/759, with 47 runs, 59 hits, 12 doubles, 2 triples, 15 home runs, 48 RBIs, a 34/30 BB/K ratio, and even 8 stolen bases! Brandon is leading his team in average (tied), on-base percentage, slugging percentage, runs, home runs, RBIs, and walks.

Great job, guys!
