Our pitcher of the day is the awesomely-named Bryce Zaparzynski, from Covington and Bryce Zaparzynski Mansfield 2018Mansfield University! (Covington sweep of the awards today.) Bryce went 6 innings against the Rebels while allowing 5 hits, 1 run, 1 walk, and striking out 6. He earned the win and a game score of 63. He’s now 1-0, 4.72, with 13 K’s in 13 1/3 innings pitcehd for the ‘Jacks.
