An unfortunate rainout last night- the doubleheader between Wanyesboro and Covington. Now what? A triple-header? Well, I suppose we’ll find out. Four games were still played:

Hitter of the Day

The hitter of the day is Charlottesville’s Josh Simon, from VCU. Josh went 4-5, with 2 runs, a double, home run, and 4 RBIs to help the Sox defeat the Harrisonburg Turks. Josh is now 8-28 this summer, with a slash line of 286/444/500.
