Hitter of the Day

Our hitter of the day is Staunton’s Chet Moore, from Miami. Chet went 4-4, with a run, two RBIs, and a double against the Tom Sox last night. Moore is 21-58 so far this summer, with a slash line of .362/.409/.414, with six multi-hit games.

The POD is Purcellville’s Dawson Rabb, from Aquinas, who threw two shutout relief innings against Front Royal, giving up one hit and striking out one. Dawson is 0-0, 1.97 for the summer, with 13 strikeouts in 13 2/3 innings pitched.
