Continuing to look at the series published by Nova Baseball Magazine, today we have the three former Valley Leaguers who were named to Loudoun County’s All-Decade team.

  • JJ Sarty (Aldie 2013, Charles Town 2014, Front Royal 2015) was named all-decade in the middle infield. Sarty started his college career at William & Mary, and then transferred to Shepherd. He took a tour of the Northern Division in his three years in the Valley, although he only had a few at-bats in both 2014 and 2015.
  • Trey McDyre (Purcellville 2017, Charlottesville 2019) was named at third base. McDyre won a title with the Tom Sox just last summer, and was named the team’s “glue guy” as well.
  • Andrew Seigal (Aldie 2015) was named in the outfield. He was one of the best hitters in the Valley in ’15, coming in at number seven. He attended Concord.

Well done, guys!
