Daily Update, Wednesday June 8

A couple things to mention before we get down to business. Make sure you check out the Facebook page that accompanies this space, as I’ve posted three videos and a link to an article about former Valley League players (and a former announcer).  Also, the major league draft begins tonight, with the 1st, 2nd, and supplemental rounds on the slate. I will be following along the best I can, updating the FB page when any former (or current, although they’re tougher to find) players are drafted. (I am not expecting any VBLers to go on the first day, by the way.)

Now on to the games!
