On June 9th, 2017, Waynesboro’s McClain Bradley went 5-5, with 2 runs, a double, 2 RBIs, and a stolen base in the Generals’ 8-6 win vs Covington.
McClain went on to be one of the best hitters in the Valley League that year, finishing with a slash line of 359/415/497, and being named ATVL’s #10 hitter.
