Making his first start of the season, our POD is Covington’s Chase Best, from Lawson StateChase Best Covington 2018 Community College! Chase was the best last night, putting up an 80 game score due to 7 shutout innings against the Turks while allowing 3 hits, 0 walks, and striking out 9. He only threw 66 pitches! Chase is now 5-2, 2.73, with 28 strikeouts in 23 innings pitched.
