Patrick Mazeika, a Waynesboro General in 2013, has been on an unholy terror in his last few weeks for Double-A Binghamton.
Drafted out of Stetson in the 8th round in 2015, Patrick has worked his way up to Double-A, but got off to a tough start in 2019. In his first 14 games, he hit 170/279/245 with 0 home runs. Since then, though, he has a 14-game hitting streak, and he’s raised his slash line numbers to 269/347/435. During the streak, he has hit 5 doubles, 3 home runs, and has driven in 18 runs, including the 6 he knocked in last night.
Well done, Patrick!
