The website D3baseball.com has released its Division III All-American lists, and four former Valley Leaguers have made the cut!
- Randolph-Macon’s Nick Roth (Charlottesville 2017-18) is named to the second team at starting pitcher. Nick was 10-0, 1.93, with 7 walks and 98 strikeouts in 84 innings pitched. He was drafted by the Baltimore Orioles in the 26th round, and is rumored to be hitting 95 mph.
- Lancaster Bible’s Will Welsh (Winchester 2018) is on the 3rd team at outfield. He hit .453 with 11 doubles, 2 triples, and 9 home runs this spring.
- Christopher Newport’s Seth Woodard (Winchester 2017) is on the 4th team at third base. Seth hit .323 with 11 home runs and 63 RBIs.
- Front Royal’s Brady Ballstadt (2018), from Piedmont, is honorable mention in the outfield. He hit .497 with 20 doubles and 21 stolen bases.
