Former Charlottesville Tom Sox Dan Harwood (2019) has been named a preseason All-American by D3baseball.com.

In his junior season at Wooster, Harwood hit .424/.538/.648 in 165 at-bats, with 53 runs scored, 18 doubles, two triples, five home runs, 49 RBIs, and a 28/22 BB/K ratio. He then travelled to Charlottesville for the summer, where he hit .263/.385/.406 in 133 at-bats, with 22 runs scored, eight doubles, one triple, three home runs, 24 RBIs, and a 19/25 BB/K ratio.

D3baseball named him to the first team at designated hitter. Congratulations!
