Ballstadt, who is seemingly going to own Piedmont’s entire record book before the end of his senior year, set the school record for RBIs and hits, adding to his already-tops marks in doubles and runs. Brady passed Mike Santowski’s mark of 127 RBIs, and Cole Spedale’s total of 211 hits. He better go into the school’s Hall of Fame…. (Brady is hitting 379/480/573 in 103 at-bats this season so far.)
Feeley set W&L’s school record for total career hits with three in the second game of the squad’s doubleheader. He now has 30 on the year, and has passed Jonathan Stutts, who ended his W&L career with 189 hits. Chadwick is hitting 337/390/461 in 89 at-bats so far this spring. (Chadwick’s name is already listed 10 times in W&L’s career record book…. maybe the Hall of Fame for him, too?)
Congrats to both players!
