Small Sets Wilmington School Record

Kendall Small Wilmington headshot 2019Former Front Royal Cardinal Kendall Small (2018) has set the Wilmington University school record for career hits!

With a double to left field in the squad’s first game of a doubleheader against Post, Small set the Division-II school’s record with his 197th career hit, passing Mike Godwin and Jordan Oncay.

Small is having an outstanding year, currently slashing 345/434/540 in 113 at-bats, with 31 runs, 13 doubles, 3 home runs, 33 RBIs, and a solid 17/13 BB/K ratio.

For Front Royal last summer, Kendall put up a slash line of 354/396/477 with 10 doubles. He finished 8th in the league in batting average.
