As ATVL did earlier this college season, it’s time to check in with the three former Valley Leaguers and New Market Rebels (all in 2018) currently playing for Wallace-Dothan, a Community College in Alabama.

Oraj Anu, one of the top hitters in the VBL last season, is hitting 407/437/829 in 123 at-bats, with 38 runs, 10 doubles, 14 home runs, and 44 RBIs. He leads the team in doubles and home runs, and is tied for 2nd in home runs in all of Division I (NJCAA). He’s a Kentucky signee.

Jared Shemper, a left handed starting pitcher, is 5-1, 0.56, with a 1.02 WHIP, 3.1 BB/9, and 12.8 in 32 1/3 innings pitched. He’s allowed 22 hits and struck out 46 batters. He’s a Mississippi State signee.

Last but not least, we have the video-game numbers put up by Peyton Millirons. A righthanded reliever (mostly- he’s started one game) is 4-0, 0.37, with a 0.49 WHIP, 3.0 BB/9, and 13.3 K/9 in 24 1/3 innings pitched. He’s allowed a ridiculous 4 hits in those innings- and struck out 36. He’s a South Alabama signee.

Oh, and by the way, the team is 29-5 and is ranked 8th in the country.
