Three former Valley Leaguers have been named to the three All-Conference teams in the ODAC.

First of all, Randolph Macon’s Nick Roth (Charlottesville 2017-18) has been named the Pitcher of the Year, along with making the first team at starting pitcher. Nick put up video game numbers this spring. In 11 starts and 84 innings, he went 10-0, 1.93, with a 0.92 WHIP, 0.8 BB/9, and 10.5 K/9. He struck out 98 batters and walked….. seven. Incredible.

Jeff Butler (Strasburg 2017), Roth’s teammate at Macon, was named to the second team at second base. Jeff slashed 404/491/500, with 36 runs, 7 doubles, 2 home runs, 25 RBIs, an insane 14/4 BB/K ratio, and 12 stolen bases while being caught once.

Shenandoah’s Tristan Baker (Harrisonburg 2018) made the third team, also at second base. Tristan hit 375/473/542 in 168 at-bats, with 43 runs, 12 doubles, 2 triples, 4 home runs, 37 RBIs, a 25/12 BB/K ratio, and 9 stolen bases.

Congratulations to all three!
