Our seventh, and final, Signs USA Player of the Week is none other than Front Royal’s Dylan Menhennett.
Menhennett, from West Florida, exploded this week, going 13-25 at the plate, with six runs scored, five doubles, a triple, home run, five RBIs, and two stolen bases. Apparently it was a golf outing plus some pineapple that helped spring him to domination this week, but whatever the reason, he had the best week by a pretty fair margin.
The young man has had an excellent summer for the Cardinals, as he’s now slashing .331/.395/.544, with 33 runs, 15 doubles, and four home runs.
