He had 139 hits, 62 walks, and was hit by a pitch eight times, which means he stole 90 bases after reaching base 209 times. Almost 50%. Noel also stole five bases in New York in the major leagues in 2015. He’s still playing in Indy Leagues- in 2019, he stole 45 bases for Sugarland in the Atlantic League. (In all levels of baseball, he’s stolen 542 bases in his career.)

Antoan Richardson  hit .292/.381/.366 in 418 at-bats for Augusta in 2006, with those 66 stolen bases in only 75 attempts. Like Noel, he played in the majors with the Yankees briefly, and stole six bases there. Fun fact: Richardson was drafted four times.
