On June 16, 2019, Harrisonburg’s Jacob Ferris threw seven solid innings against Front Royal, allowing three hits, one unearned run, one walk, and he struck out seven to earn the win. Ferris was the league’s 2nd best starter according to ATVL, as he finished 3-1, 1.98, with a 0.946 WHIP, 1.7 BB/9, and 9.1 K/9 in 31 2/3 innings pitched.
